Jeffrey R. Hudson

Jeffrey R. Hudson joined Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center, PLC in 2015. Jeffrey’s practice is centered on elder law and estate planning, with special focus on asset preservation planning; long-term care planning, including Medicaid planning; planning for disability, including special needs trusts; estate settlement, including probate and trust administration; and business succession planning.

Jeffrey is a Central Florida native and attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. After attending American University in Washington, D.C., while interning for the United States Senate, Jeffrey returned to Orlando to pursue his legal studies at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor degree.

Jeffrey is an active member of his community and is an avid sports enthusiast (go Gators!). When not at work, Jeffrey enjoys perfecting his culinary skills in his home kitchen, playing tennis, venturing outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their daughter, Henley.
