What would you do if you inherited a 900-acre bug museum? Most people probably would not know where to begin dealing with such an unusual bequest. It does not seem like something you could just list for sale in the usual places. This is just one of many odd inheritances people face on the program.

Shows about inheritances and estate planning are not common. That should make this show a must watch if you are interested in these subjects.

If nothing else, learning how other people have handled inheritances may help you handle yours some day or it may enlighten you on what not to do with your estate plan.

While you may not deal with anything so unusual that it would appear on this particular show, people tend to make the same mistakes in estate planning. Consequently, this show might teach you about commonly made mistakes and provide tips on how to avoid them.

On the other hand, you would be wise to consult an experienced estate planning attorney and avoid the mistakes all together.
