Mark Hammond

Mark is a native of Winter Park, Florida, where he attended both elementary and high school. Several members of his extended family are local attorneys, which led to his interest in pursuing a career in law.

Mark earned his B.S. in Economics from Auburn University, his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law and his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. He was Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and served as a Judicial Intern with U.S. District Judge Virginia Emerson Hopkins.

Mark focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Guardianships, Probate, Gift and Estate Tax Planning,  Special Needs Trusts and closely held business entities. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Tax Section of The Florida Bar, and the Orange County Bar Association. Mark also donates his time as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Mark currently resides in Maitland with his wife, Emily, whom he has known since childhood. When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
