Guardianships

A Guardianship is a legal process in which the rights and property of a person deemed incapable of managing his or her own affairs are exercised by another adult, known as the Guardian. If you have minor children, choosing an appropriate Guardian is obviously a critical decision, since it involves both their emotional and financial well-being. In addition, Guardianships can provide a necessary intervention for adults who are no longer able to act on their own behalf. We have the experience, understanding and compassion to help you select an appropriate preneed Guardian for your minor children, a loved one, or even yourself. We can also provide legal representation to your preneed or court-appointed Guardian.
